I have chosen that two posts because I think that there are my two best posts in my English blog.

First, I'm going to talk about why is that my best oral evidence and secondly, I'm going to talk about why I have done a written as good as that. 

So, I have chosen that oral evidence because it was the first time ever that I can say that I was relaxing during my oral presentation and I could explain all like a story. While I was doing that oral presentation I felt so good and then it was when I realize that I really like doing oral presentations and only I had to realize that the secret is to be relaxing during the presentation to explain what you know and to don't complicate the sentences, you only have to do as most simple to understand as possible because people who are listening to you express your gratitude for taking it easy and you'll be more relaxing because you know that all that you are saying is the truth and easy. I don't know why but is the only presentation that I really enjoy doing but not only to do, also to prepare because I think that it's the best prezi that I had ever done.

I have chosen that written because I think that is the best written that I ever have done because I really like horses and I ride horses until I was only a few moths and in summer I work with them. And when I realize what happen with Olivia (if you read the post you'll understand) I felt identify because I fell a lot of times by a horse and to luck I never make real damage and she died only for a fell by a horse. I don't know why but it really was affected by that news and the hashtag #RIDEFOROLIVIA and I wants to participate in that movement. I think that people who ride a horse have a special connection because when it something happens all people who ride a horse around the world have anything to say or to do only to help a little bit and to support the people who suffer the accident.

So, I think that's all my best and I hope to improve until that two posts are not the best but the worsts.

My first written was "My dream" and I can see that my dream is the same until three years ago which is to be a professional volleyball player. In my first post on the blog, I didn't write a lot because my level on 4th of ESO was very poor. Nowadays, three years after I can see an important improvement because just when I'm doing a post I have lots of ability to write in English and me write posts were about 200 words more or less and before I only could write 100 words by post and I remember that it was so difficult to me. So, I'm really happy with my improve and I hope to follow improving as now.

On my first oral presentation, I see that I really felt nervous and it was like I didn't study but now in my last oral presentation I can see that I had done my best oral presentation. I remember when I did my first oral presentation and I think that it was really embarrassing because I stuttered and I had to see the paper all time but I passed and that was important to me. But now, I see that my last oral presentation it's really the best presentation that I had done because I explain all so clear and I really had done a presentation I explain all that I had known about "how I met your mother?" and I felt relax and calm. I think that if since the start I realize that to do an oral presentation is nothing difficult my marks could be better and I could be happier since now with my result. But the truth is that I'm satisfied with my improving and I hope that I improve more and more to learn English and to get out of the way my fear to do an oral presentation.

Subject: Complaint human rights 

Dear Barak Obama,

We are writing to complain about people who violate human rights. Why do people violate human rights? Why are people who do not comply human rights subjected to a trial?

The problems began from the moment we heard a man judging another man only because he was dark and the first human right, wich is "All human beings are born free and EQUAL in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood." tells us that all men are free and equal but our question is why do human right exist if people are violating them? We think that we have to be subjected to the law in order to carry out human rights.

On the one hand, the third human right wich is "everyone has the right to live, liberty and security of person." tells us that we have to live and let people live and if you judge anyone for the color of his/her skin you subject him/her under bullying and you do not let him live.

On the other hand, all schools are breaking down human rights because there are always a boy or a girl bullying another. We want to stop bullying but first, we have to subject human rights under the law.

In conclusion, we have to change that situation but to change that first we have to give substance to human rights.

DO YOU BELIEVE IN LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT?

I answer that question with an example.

Last year, one weekend I had two games of volleyball one on Saturday in Olot and the other on Sunday in Salou. I remember that it was on Saturday when I played in Olot vs FCBarcelona and of course when we finish the game we lost but I think that was a fantastic experience because not everybody can say that. When I finish the match I went to "la cresta" to bought a chicken to eat and there I meet a boy, his name is Marc. And his father started to talk with me because my father is his boss. I didn't know Marc but when I saw him by the first time I fall in love with him. While I was talking with his father I only could see the beauty blue eyes of Marc and when I arrived at home the first thing that I have done was to take my father's mobile and search the number of Marc but while I was doing that my mobile receive a whats app I check the mobile and it was Marc. Both think the same in the same time! And of course we start to talk all day, I really think that I fall in love for the first time with him.

On Sunday, I have to wake up early because I have to went to Salou to play volleyball again and in the 6 hours of a bus that I had that day I was talking with Marc more or less 3 or 4 hours. It was fantastic because we were talking and we realize that we had lots of commune things and thinks. 

On next week, we decided to meet in Castelló to talk and stay together. When we meet we realize that we had a special connection because it was like we are friends of all life but of course I meet Mark only one week ago. I don't know what happened but it was special and strange.   

We follow meeting and two months after we start a relationship, whit him all was beauty and perfect he make me happy and it was all like a princess story. I was the happiest person in the world next him but he don't have any brother or sister and I think that it was that. His mother is really controller and she started to hate me and, nowadays still, I don't know why. His mother and his father started to make my life an horror film because I think that they thought that I want to take his son. But the truth is that I only want to stay with Marc and be happy with him. 

Marc and I stay one year and two months together but I couldn't support that torture more and we decided to finish our relation. I don't like that because I really love Marc and I only want to stay with him and be happy but his fathers stop that. 

I can tell that I believe in love at the first time because I fell in love at the first time but before that, I didn't believe in love at the first time. 

GUATEMALA: WHERE (LEGAL) PAIN RELIEF IS ALL BUT IMPOSSIBLE

People who suffer really painful illness have to have a special medicine and to obtain that medicine they have to go to Ministry of Health in Guatemala and there they have to accept that the person who asks for the medicine have the illness to have that special medicine.

But it was impossible to many families and they have to only stay on the side of his familiar who suffer the illness and help he. And the sick have to support the painful until he or she dies.

The problem is that those medicines are illegal to consume if you aren't the illness and for that reason the doctor has to be careful to prescribe that medicines because he can to submit to trial.

There are people who are dying to pain and they cannot go to Ministry of Health because of their state and as a result of that, they cannot obtain the medicine that they need.

One doctor stops to prescribe morphine because it was impossible to obtain legally and he starts to help his patients to obtain morphine illegally because it's easy to obtain.

Guatemala has to change the rules because people who need that medicines could obtain legally and easy.

In my opinion, people who are really painful illness should obtain easy the medicines that they need and if a member of their family goes to Ministry of Health with the prescribe of a doctor the Ministry of Health have to give the permission to buy that medicine. I think that we had a big disorder in our world and we should stop a moment and organize all because then happens thinks like that. There are people that dying of painful and they cannot obtain the medicine that they need because there are people around the world who use like an opioid. We're all mad! Come on open your eyes and see that this system doesn't work. Please, we have to stop that and realize that we have to do anything because people of around the world are dying and we are not doing anything only because people who die is not our family or our friends. But one day or another you or one of the people who you love will die or will pain and then, when you will see that you cannot doing anything to help he or she, you will realize that the world have to change.

HUMAN RIGHTS

Human rights are the rights you have simply because you're human. Now are 30 human rights and there was created on 1945 in United Nations. The United Nations has played an important role in international human-rights law since is creation. 

I'm not familiar with the right to democracy because if democracy is a right why in Spain or another countries have a dictatorship? I see another right: we're all equal before the law, and if we're all equal then is impossible that any country had a

When above everything rich people goes to buy on some supermarket or some shop if the worker is a boy or a girl from Africa then rich people see the shop in a different perspective. They don't buy anything if the worker is Moslem only because they think that Moslem are a lower race. In this case, the first human right is violated and for bad luck, I live a case like that.

I'm really proud of my class in school because there are people of around the world and we are like a family and in our class are two Moslem, one boy of Argentina, etc. And when we are together we see that we're all equal independently where we born. In this case, we respect the first human right.

DISCRIBING MY SOULMATE

My soulmate should be a really loving person, he/she has to be sweetie and lovely. His/her physical isn't important for me because if my soulmate is a friend is not important how beautiful is he or she.

In case that my soulmate is my boyfriend it's true that I have to like his physical appearance but I'm a really lovely person and I think that you love how the other person is, you love his character. But if I could shoose his physical aspect I suppose that the first thing that I see attractive in a man is his height, I reallly like tall men because they are like a plush bear. I love green-eyed people but I think that the color of the eyes isn't important, the looc is the most interesting part of a person because with a look you can tell anything. His nose should be proportioned because I'm a maniac with noses. His lips don't matter, what really matters are his kisses. Finally, his body isn't important for me.

He sould be romantic, I love people who love. I don't mind if the man gives me a lot of presents because love can't buy me. My soulmate has to make me happy at the same time that I make him happy. I only want time to stay with him I don't want any more.

So, I think that I have to find my soulmate yet but I wish I could find it soon. And for now I only have to enjoy my life because maybe I have my soulmate in front of me but isn't the moment and I don't realise who is up some years after. Soulmate, I'm waiting for you.

SELF EVALUATION

PRESENTATION: 10 Because I do the Prezi of three times and when I finish for the third time my computer falls down I felt so stress because then when I recover the Prezi I remembered that I lose my pen drive and now it all depends on if the internet works or not. And as a result of all this disaster I think that the Prezi was so beautiful and simple and I think that the simple things are the best because are easy to understand and beauty at first see.

STRUCTURE: 10 Because I think that my research project it was so ordered and when I had done my Spanish oral presentation my court tells me that it was one of the best presentations that they ever were seen and in English class I did the same structure but in English.

BODY LANGUAGE: 7 Because I remember that I felt ill and also our teacher tells us that we had to change the date of our London trip and I had a bad day I remember that I only think "I want to finish and go home to sleep" because I really felt bad.

CONTENT: 35 Because I have 5 minutes only to tell the most important of my research project and I think that I had done it. It's true that in my research project I had done 80 pages but what I have to explain in 5 minutes? Well Pythagoras have lots of important information and I try to summary it and do a presentation.

LANGUAGE: 15 Because always before study my presentation I send it to my teacher because of she correct my grammar errors and I be more secure when I'm doing my presentation.

PRONUNCIATION: 8 Because I think that my pronunciation isn't bad but always we have to improve because it never be perfect.

So I think that my mark should be an 85% although I didn't had a good day but for the presentation I think that day I cannot do that presentation for my state.

RESEARCH PROJECT - PYTHAGOREAN THEOREM

The Pythagorean theorem is the most demonstrated theorem. It has been demonstrated over 350 times. Pythagoras was not only a mathematician, he was also a musician and a philosopher. But he was a bit of a peculiar philosopher because he studied philosophy by means of mathematics. Thanks to this, he was able to demonstrate the famous Pythagorean theorem .

Pythagoras founded a brotherhood where study philosophy by mathematics.

This philosopher was also important because he found the musical scale by mathematics.

This research project is based on Pythagoras's philosophy and my practical part consists of explaining his demonstrations that I can understand. Finally, I would say that I couldn't do this project without four really important books of Pythagoras's philosophy.

LAURA CATALÁNThe intention of this opening statment is to the model have a reflection about if she is really as beauty as she think because he wants an other patient and the doctor knows that women are more sensitive than men and he profit of that to make more plastic surgery and to be more rich. In my opinion I think that all day we are comparing with top models or with the people who around we and when we do that we don't realize that we are destroying our personality and our beauty because when one person are confident and happy then the people see he or she with other eyes, you see an atractive person and he or she don't change his body they only be happy with all what he likes.
TOPIC 7LAURA CATALÁN:I think that our society is to affected of beauty and we are so obsess with our bodies. We have to realize that what do we are beauty and young are our personality and our thinking. We have to realize that we only have one life and we have to enjoy it because we are humans, one day we are going to die and then, after our death what people will remember is our goodness, our thinking and they wouldn't remember our beauty. For example in these 4 years in my family were die 4 people, all of them were old like 50, 80 years old and I now when I thinking about they I remember, for example, with my great-grandmother when we were doing sew up together. We have to forget this stupid obsesion with our body and start to be happy because a life is one.

LAURA CATALÁN

In my opinion this video show that in our society the beauty of women are so much imiportant that the beauty of man because always the women are in the streats pose in a photo but they are in underwear. When you see that you involuntarily are introducing in yourself this concept of beauty this concept of the women is an object because she onle have to exhibit her body to feels good. That's stupid because all people would have to feels good with theirself but the industry are control the society and we follow the rules that they put on the society. If we stop that rules for example that one girl isn't beauty if she isn't slim or if a boy isn't beauty if he isn't muscular, etc. we have to stop this. We have to teach in our generation and the next generation that the beauty it founds inside of the people not in his image.

ORAL PRESENTATION "HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER?"

My self-evaluation: in my opinion I think that is the best oral presentation that I never done because it was the first time that I can stand up and explain for the class without so many nervous.
Following the format that our teacher give us I think that my mark is:

PRESENTATION: 10% because I know that Martí and I was 4 hours working about the presentation because we wants to be perfect and to get attention of our classmate.

BODY LANGUAGE: In my opinion I think that also we have a 10% because while we were explain we never look at the paper and we always were looking at the classmate and at the teacher. And when we explains anything that we supposed that the classmate don't knows we pointed at the image for helping us to understand our presentation.

STRUCTURE: 10% because when you look on the note board you for the first look you have a good impression and when we explain all was in order; firstly the introduction, secondly the plot of the series, thirdly the main characters of the series, fourthly curiosities of the series and finally one video of the best moments of one character.

CONTENT: 35% Because I think that we didn't explain all of that series but we only had 5 min per person to explain a lot of things and we decide to summarize a little bit. But the content that we explained was all true and the two curiosities and the end of the series I think that are so important to put in the content.

LANGUAGE: 15% Because we aren't English persons and although our teacher correct us our presentation before we present we haven't a perfect language because most of the language that we used I think that our teacher would have changed.

PRONUNCIATION: 8% I know that my pronunciation isn't perfect but I think that in two summers that I have work and I speak some English I get better with my pronunciation, and I listen so songs in English because they are so beautiful and I really love to sing them but for sing I have to know the letter and when I know the letter I can sing and improve my pronunciation.

Then my mark is for me an 8.8.      

IS HUMOR NECESSARY?

"Laughter is strong medicine for mind and body"

Some people believe that laughter is only useful for having a good time with other people but it's more than that.

Firstly, laughter relaxes the whole body, relieves physical tension and stress. Besides, according to scientists, laughter improves our resistance to disease and protects our heart.

Secondly, laughter makes you feel happy, in love, like the king of the world and avoid you from feeling angry, or sad, anxious or overwhelmed.

Thirdly, laughter makes you to click with other people because when you speak and you two are laughing for anything that makes that you two click.

In conclusion, laughter only makes you feel good with yourself and you can see that if laughter disappears the world would be darker.

THE KEY TO SUCCESS? GRIT

This news talk about how a simple mathematics teacher can discover the real motivation of students for study. 

When she was 27 she left a job in management consulting for teaching mathematics in a public school. She was a normal teacher, she made tests and gave out homework assignment. But one day while she was calculating the grades she realize that IQ wasn't the only difference between her best and her worst students.

She saw that for example, her strongest performers didn't have stratospheric IQ scores. It get she thought about all concepts of math aren't impossible, and she had beenconvinced that every on of her students could learn all of her subject if they had worked hard and long enough. She said that the key to got better marks is to motivate the students.

Here was when she decided to left the classroom for went to graduate school to become a psychologist. She was started studying kids and adults. She went to West Point Military Academy and to the National Spelling Bee and they tried to predict which cadets would stay in military training and which would drop out. Then they do the same in the National Spelling Bee to predict which children would advance farthest in competition. They studied rookie teachers working in really tough neighborhoods and asking them some questions.

Finally they get conclusion about in all of those different context have one common characteristic that was grit.

In my opinion first I want to say that this news it was too important for me because I'm not a really intelligent but if I work so hard I think that I can with anything. Now, in 2nd of Batxillerat I have to study a lot and I do that but it's not enough for me because I fail a lot. But I think that I study every day a lots of hours and my problem maybe is that I have to profit better the time that I was studying. With this part of my opinion I want to say that the 80% of the marks of the students it's our responsibility but the 20% is teachers responsibility because they have to do that we like to studying. The teachers have to motivate the students because that students are the future of the world and they have to be good qualified for the challenges of the future. 

WILLIAM KAMKWAMBA

William Kamkwamba lived in a village in Malawy. His family were about 20 people and their devoted their life at farming, but they didn't have enough money to pay the school fees of William. One day he went to the library and there found a book where he saw a windmill. He thought that he could make one to get profit of the wind on Malawy.  With only 14 years old he built the first windmill of the village. As a result of his efforts he went to the USA and completed his studies.

MAIL TO THE TEACHER

Dear teacher,

I’m Laura and in this mail I’ll explain to you my short and long-term goals, possible challenges, who can help me to stay on track and how I expect to overcome them. At the end of this mail I’ll comment one sentence of Obama’s speech.

I only have a short-term goal and it’s to earn good grades because last year I failed a lot and I took a turn for the worse but although my failure I never gave up. Next year I would like to study CAFE and I don’t have to drop out and study so hard because the cut-off mark is a 9’4 more or less and now I have a 6. To study CAFE is one of my long-term goals. My possible challenges are that I have a sleep disorder that have to study because when I’m sleeping in one moment of the night my eyes are awake but the rest of my body isn’t, this means that I can’t move my body for example I can’t raise my hand and also I can’t speak. Yes, I know that’s scary but the worse part is that I can feel the presence of souls and I can’t wake up. It’s horrible, it’s really horrible. When I can wake up of this nightmare I’m scared to sleep, I think that this is the most important challenge that I have to confront. I don’t know how I can overcome this problem because I try so many experiments and anyone has worked. I follow trying for find a solution but for the moment I don’t know how I can discover that solution.

My second long-term goal is to be a professional volleyball player although it’s a little impossible because to get this I have to give up my studies and my horse. And I think that volleyball has to be a hobby and nothing else but when I’m in volleyball court I feel so free, I feel that I can touch the sky and I think that I can do anything. But volleyball isn’t football and you know that although I was the most brilliant volleyball player I’ll never work as a volleyball player because it’s not enough.

In this case I think that I’ll keep playing volleyball only as a hobby.

The people who can help me are my family and one “special friend” that while last year I failed so many times, he never gave up and always trusted in me. When my family didn’t trust in me, he was the only who did it. He is Marc and he’s an incredible person I don’t know how he could trust me. He only has to see me to know what I’m thinking, I think we have a special click. He helped me last year when I felt so sad for my sleep disorder and when I had to go to sleep all night he called me and made me feel better with his stories. So I’m really thankful so much with Marc, he is really special for me and he makes me happy every day.

In Obama’s speech I heard a sentence: If you don’t do that, if you don’t study, not only damage yourself as well as you damage your country. I choose this sentence because in my opinion each country hopes and has an aspiration but the key is the people who live in that country because they are the majority of the population. If the population is rich in culture and studies the country evolves. If the country doesn’t advance and then the other countries can get profit damage you and the people who live with you.

1. Can you see an improvement on your level of English in the past year/s? Where, for example?

I can see an improvement on my level since 4th ESO because I write more fluid and I can to read more in less time. If you see my first posts you will see that I didn't write too much and now I can write more of a hundred words and I have attitude for do the blog.

2. Which activity best shows your level of English?

In my opinion, I think that the your says are the best activity for learn English because you write of thinks that you like and it's so better and easy for me than the other. Because if you do anything that you like you do that with attitude.

3. Which activities were really USEFUL for you to improve your English? Why?

I think that your says are the activities really useful because you have to write all of you think and you have to do sentences for write correctly. Or other activity that I think it's good to learn is the description of a picture because you have to say all of you see in that picture. For describe a picture you have to know many of vocabulary and as you use that vocabulary you learn it.

4. Which activities did you NOT find useful to learn English? Why not?

In my opinion, I think that the news are the worse activities because you have to read and summarize the text and you can see how to write and I don't know I think that it isn't so useful to learn English.

5. Which activities would like to do again next year to keep on improving your English?

I would like to do your says again because when I write a your say I write my thinks and there are personal thinks. Because I can to vent my feelings and then I feel so better, I don't know, it's to nice to me do your says.

WE HAVE MADE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE. DO YOU AGREE?

In our world we have lots of problems and we don't see that because we don't to see. While the years go by pass we accomulate all of pasat problems with new problems. That's why I don't agree with we have made the world a better place.

First, we have a diferent social classes, the first worls that the people live in a good condition and the people who live in the first world not want to see the people who live in the third world where they die everyday because they don't have anything to eat or to drink.

Second, we have made more pollution every day and we don't stop this. This pollution is destroying our planet and If we don't stop that we will have to live to another planet or all people of the world die.

Third, we can see that humans are so egoists because we don't only destroy our ecosystem, we destroy the ecosystem of all animals of the world. We kill lots of animals every day and lots of animals are extinct.

In conclusion, I think that we not want to do anythink but when the problem is going to be bigger we don't find a solution and we don't know what can we do to solve this problem.

ORAL PRESENTATION

This term I did a presentation with Adirà that he is one of my best friends and we did about gender violence because we thought that it's interesting for explain and for open the eyes to the people that not only be gender violence to man by woman. There are lots of cases to woman by man but well in the presentation I explain it. When we was doing the presentation we didn't have almost no problems the only problem that we had was that we thought different things and we argue our diferences untill we arribe an agreement. I'm really happy for did this presentation because I didn't know how women mistreament by man and I can saw that this is a feminist society. I hope that the people know this cases quickly and that together we can to do anything for change all these situations.

First, I think that we had a good presentation and there was good structure. But I think that we can to improve our prezi because we put on it a few of images. The mark for me in our presentation is an 8%.

Second, I think that I have to improve the body lenguage and the eye contact because when I present I feel so nervous and I can't to explain it like I practice. But I think that I merit an 8%.

Third, I think that we had a good structure and I put on our mark an 8%. The content was so good because we explain the two type of mistermeant and we put an example and for this reason I think that we can have an 25%.

I think that our lenguage was so good because we send the content to the teacher for correct them and I think that the lenguage we can have an 15%.

I think that my pronuntation isn't ok because I had an catalan accent and it's so dificult forme but I think that with a practice I can to improve. 8%.

And the final mark I think that I merit is a 72%.
